The medal presentations for Beeston FC junior players will take place on Saturday June 23 – please make sure you have told your coach you are your child will be coming.

The event, for all teams from the soccer school to the under-11s, will be held at Round Hill Primary School, Foster Avenue from 3pm to 7pm.

There is no charge for players but a small entrance fee for friends and family.

A group of parents are staging the event, which will include a, dads/mums v lads/girls match, stocks for ‘soak the coach’ loads of space to run about and a terrific celebration of the players’ achievements.

There will be a barbecue, a bar and lots of stalls and games.

All the money raised will go towards the redevelopment of the Trent Vale clubhouse.

To help us organise the event, please can you confirm with your coach whether your son/daughter will be attending and how many family members you think will come.

We are also looking for volunteers to help out on stalls, do a stint on the door or wave a few utensils at the barbecue.

Please give details of your attendance and your availability to help out to your team’s coach as soon as possible.
